I have had a pretty major problem with a holiday I booked through a competitor of yours where I was assured that an entire trip was booked and held for a family of 6 from the 1st of January until the 14th . I could organise most of it ..... but had massive problem organising an 8 seater vehicle for them which was essential to their trip.
I rang ANZCRO and spoke to a lady by the name of Linda Sexton .... great service so often goes without mention to peoples colleagues and managers .... but I simply couldn’t let this go without contacting you.
Linda dropped everything ..... tried everything .... and where everyone else failed to find what I was looking for (and desperately in need of) .... after trial and error with numerous car companies ..... she found exactly what I needed, what my client needed .... and at a great price that I could go to my client with .... she even apologised to me a few times for it taking a while to organise.
I book quite a lot of trips to NZ and have been going through one of your competitors for over 2 years now .... however, due to Linda’s incredible job in helping me in a real time of need .... I will now move my business to ANZCRO permanently.
I would like to thank her and it would simply be wrong of me not to contact you to tell you what a fantastic team member you have on your staff.
I have mentioned her fantastic customer service and effort to my team here and CC’d my team leader on this e mail.
Once again, thank you so much Linda you are a life saver ..... and congratulations Miranda for hiring such great team member.
