I really feel I need to let your management and team know how grateful I am for the tremendous service I have received from Jovana today!

We have clients due to fly out to Christchurch tonight.  We have had to revise their itinerary and re-book arrangements accordingly.  Jovana has done a fabulous job in re-jigging this at short notice.  Not only were all the arrangements made with minimum fuss, but with great consideration and then prompt delivery of the amended vouchers and new itinerary.  The financial details were also handled with grace.

A very big thank you – we are all very impressed and grateful.

I am from a travel agency in Sydney and just wanted to commend your brands great service and one of the consultants there. Its not often you get good feedback so I thought Id send an email.
 
I always get great service from ANZCRO, but today I spoke to Anita about a package my clients had found online and she offered to look at it and try and get it cheaper. She asked me to fax the details from the website across and within 20 minutes I had a quote that was $200 cheaper and had all the same inclusions.
 
The short turn around was great!
 
Compared to other wholesalers (no names, but I am sure you know who! :D) the service was just so good!
 
If there is some reward or something for your res team then Anita deserves one!!!

I have had a pretty major problem with a holiday I booked through a competitor of yours where I was assured that an entire trip was booked and held for a family of 6 from the 1st of January until the 14th . I could organise most of it ..... but had massive problem organising an 8 seater vehicle for them which was essential to their trip.

I rang ANZCRO and spoke to a lady by the name of Linda Sexton .... great service so often goes without mention to peoples colleagues and managers .... but I simply couldn’t let this go without contacting you.

Linda dropped everything ..... tried everything .... and where everyone else failed to find what I was looking for (and desperately in need of) .... after trial and error with numerous car companies ..... she found exactly what I needed, what my client needed .... and at a great price that I could go to my client with .... she even apologised to me a few times for it taking a while to organise.

I book quite a lot of trips to NZ and have been going through one of your competitors for over 2 years now .... however, due to Linda’s incredible job in helping me in a real time of need .... I will now move my business to ANZCRO permanently.

I would like to thank her and it would simply be wrong of me not to contact you to tell you what a fantastic team member you have on your staff.

I have mentioned her fantastic customer service and effort to my team here and CC’d my team leader on this e mail.

Once again, thank you so much Linda you are a life saver ..... and congratulations Miranda for hiring such great team member.

I have had wonderful help from the staff in Perth - couldn't have been more helpful - Javana  (sp?) (although new) was ever so helpful and so was Kim.  They are a credit to your company and represent you very well indeed.
The other comment I'd like to make is that your brochure is so user-friendly and is one of the best I have seen.  Well done all round.
I look forward to selling your product in the future to my passengers.


 

I just wanted to let you know I have been dealing with these ladies in your res team for a booking that has been a bit of a nightmare for them and they have been amazing! Helping me, confirming stuff, changing hotels, getting requests and confirms, following me up, letting me know about TTL's etc etc. Its been going on for about a week and a half - and the clients paid today.

Our office loves Anzcro and just wanted to let you know they do a super job in the res team. We avoid wholesalers who make it hard us, and love the ones who dont.

Just wanted to let you know, they are great and very helpful.

I would like to let you know how much I appreciate the help of your staff.

Every time I have called Anzcro for Quotes and advice on NZ, they have been more than helpful and have helped me to provide the best and most thorough information possible. I recently went to NZ myself and everything which was recommended, and the advice which was given was more than I had expected.

Before I travelled to NZ I had to do a Quote for a client and after talking with one of your staff members (Kelly.G) I had the confidence to sell NZ ski without hesitation. She told me of all the hot spots and went out of her way to create the best possible Itinerary for the client (unfortunately the client had to post-pone until next year, but she is well informed for her future booking)

Kelly was not only helpful, but had the most pleasant manor which I, without a doubt, experience from every staff member when I call Anzcro.

I just wanted to send this e-mail as I know that people are quick to complain but not quick enough to say thank-you and appreciate good service. I believe that it is thanks to good customer service that we are all still in our jobs today, surviving the economy ‘crisis’.
